mike altman has never wanted to be anything other than an artist. well, ok there was a time for a short period when he said "batman", but never an engineer, policeman, or fireman. altman has been doing art all his life, both commercially and in the fine art realm.
altman paints profusely, draws constantly, and creates exhaustively. most recently he has been experimenting in the print-making realm. he has also completed two series of paintings on cardboard, which led him to the "gimmeshelter" project.
